The FIMA 2018 – Festival Internacional de Música do Algarve presents “Beethoven!”, with the Orquestra Clássica do Sul directed by Pedro Meireles, Conductor.
In this concert the violinist Pedro Meireles, one of the greatest names of the violin in Portugal, will perform the double function of conductor and soloist, in the interpretation of two masterpieces of Beethoven - the Violin Concert and the Seventh Symphony. This program, which will be the first of a serie of 'Great Violin Concerts', intends to give the public the opportunity to listen two masterpieces by Beethoven, performed by one of the most prestigious Portuguese violinists.
